The day was September 24th. The year was 1932. The event?
A brand new fraternity had just begun at Rockhurst University (then Rockhurst College). This new fraternity brought with it youth, vitality, and a sense of fun. And while the rest of the country struggled through the darkest period of the Great Depression, Zeta Chapter was like a light to brighten the darkness.
Although the depression raged on, there was a sense of newness to 1932: monopoly and chocolate chip cookies were invented, FDR was elected, and Alpha Delta Gamma began its first year at Rockhurst.
For nearly 35 years, ADG Zeta Chapter was the only fraternity at Rockhurst. During that time, we established ourselves as a landmark on campus. Now, we are one of only four fraternities in the InterFraternity Council at Rockhurst University
For Over 75 years, Alpha Delta Gamma has been a constant at Rockhurst. Through the good years and the bad, Zeta Chapter has been stiven to hold true to our principles fundamental principals.

We Are ADG
One will not find a closer Fraternity of friends and Brothers around the country than Alpha Delta Gamma National Fraternity. We may be small, but our size is our strength, not only in the national organization, but here at Zeta Chapter as well. We believe in being friends and brothers. Where other fraternities emphasize their huge numbers, we stress our unity. The men of Zeta Chapter are more than a number in a group, they are brothers of a tight-knit community. An Alpha Delt can quickly make a name for himself in this Fraternity and make close friends with members from all around the country.
Such uniqueness evolves from being an Alpha Delt. It warrants a question: How genuine would it be to meet another Alpha Delt in this world, compared to meeting one of tens-of-thousands of another organization? It makes one wonder why gentlemen would choose otherwise.
